Order Status

Please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to ship after receiving payment unless its a custom order or otherwise informed to you via email 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For any and all order related questions, please email Infojewelsquare@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email Infojewelsquare@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for order cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

All full priced merchandise purchased from Jewel-square.com is eligible for a return within 7 days after its delivery. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please send us an mail with details which you wish to return/exchange. Please make sure your return is packed securely as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Once your return has been received and accepted you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.

PLEASE DECLARE LOW VALUE IN RETURN PARCEL LIKE $50 DUE TO A HIGH CUSTOM FEE IN INDIA

If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Jewel Square. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Repaire

Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate.

Pricing for repairs vary depending of damage. To request repair information please email our concierge at infojewelsquare@gmail.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within six months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

Jewelry Care

Your jewelry is precious and does require some care and attention on a daily basis. We recommend the following the keep your pieces looking their best:

Remove all jewelry when washing your hands, putting on perfume, applying face cream, or any other beauty products. These products may cause the metal to tarnish. Avoid contact with household detergents. Avoid putting your jewelry near sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, hot tubs, etc. Avoid wearing jewelry at the gym, the beach, swimming in the pool, or during any active sports. These activities could cause irreparable dents, scratches, or loosen diamonds.
